Sunny skies are expected today with cooler high temps along the North Shore. Widespread rain arrives on Friday and will persist on and off through Sunday. Embedded thunderstorms will be possible, especially over northwest WI. A few storms on Saturday morning in portions of northwest WI may become strong to severe, capable of producing damaging winds and large hail along with locally heavy rainfall.
